my latest blog post is not being picked up by search engines

Hello, I posted a blog yesterday and shared it on several social media platforms. Usually my posts are picked up by search engines immediately but my post yesterday did not.

When I search for the above blog post title an old blog post, which refers to the topic, shows up. Here’s how I searched for the post in several search engines: “Financial Advisor Marketing Ideas – Create a Referral Campaign”

Does anyone know why this could be happening? Thank you in advance!
