# My high memory usage after adding index.php

 * Hello,
    I have a wordpress blog for 2 years, I have no problem with my blog on
   a share hosting up to last weak. but last weak because of my high Memory usage
   I transfered to a VPS with 384MB ram.
 * I started transfer all of my blog files to the new VPS step by step, and in each
   step I checked for memory usage! at the end I add index.php and after 1 min my
   memory was full (all of 384MB) so I deleted index.php and memory was got normal
   then. (my visitor is not a lot, jut 3000 ip per day)
 * so can I ask what is the problem?

 * maybe too many plugins
    maybe you need to cache some pages maybe server needs
   tweaking
 * some help here

 * thank for your answer,
    **maybe too many plugins**
 * I did not have any problem with the plugins I had on my wordpress and I haven’t
   install new one. on my share server they suspend my account in a night (and I
   haven’t added any new pluging that time)
 * **maybe you need to cache some pages**
    I have been using Super cache pluging
 * **maybe server needs tweaking**
    why didn’t it need any tweak befog this problem
   and was working great?
 * and another question could this problem occur because of any attack?!
