Why would you make such HUGE changes to the carousel and its CSS on a minor version? This messed up the way my carousels were set up and I had to revert to 9.8 in a hurry. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it people.

Edit: Updating my review since this has been resolved rather quickly and a 2-star rating would be rather harsh.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the difficulties Carousel changes have caused you.

We have identified this issue and have a fix planned for Jetpack v9.9.1:

As for why the Carousel was changed in Jetpack, we made several improvements to the Carousel. These include making it a better experience on mobile and improving its overall stability.
