    I’ve been using BlogVault/MalCare for quite a few years now.

    It’s one of the most robust backup solutions I’ve come across. And their security solution seems pretty tight as well.

    One thing that I particularly like is their support. About 10 minutes ago, I found some bad IP’s hitting my site and needed to blacklist them. They just replied and blacklisted them for me. Super quick and no hassle.

    I wish it was possible for me to blacklist IP addresses myself in the app. That’s one limitation in particular that they could fix. But their support is generally super responsive so it’s not a huge issue. Highlights how good their support is, I guess.

    I’d love to see that added. Might cut down on some support tickets too 🙂
