My form looks nothing like the nice one in the screenshots

Hi, I’ve been struggling with mailchimp for days.

I’ve got a form on my site but the styling controls are skeletal and do not yield a nice looking balanced form design as shown in the screenshots. Could you please say how you got your form to look so much better than the default form? Thanks. http://www.beyondbones.com
