I use this on many of my WP sites, and it works great. On a few, however, there are plugin conflicts that take some time to resolve. Even with the occasional conflict, this is the plugin I go to first for forms because the setup is so easy, and I can quickly add a simple captcha. It’s nice to be able to manage all the contact forms in one place, and with the other database plugin, keeping all the contact form data in the database until I delete it has saved many clients from the “Whoops! I deleted the email, now what?” problem.
