    Hello,

I am having a problem in this website https://marketplace.crypto-academy.org/, the product filters I am aplying are not showing up when I choose to filter them saying: “It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for.” even though I have lots of products to show.
    I am using “OceanWP” theme.
Please Annasta support team answer my question when possible as I need to get this done quickly, hope you understand.

    Thank You.

    Hello Jetmirdemiri,

Your filters may not work because your shop is not registered as a static homepage in the Settings > Reading section of your WP admin. Without that the front page filtering can not work properly.

I can see that you also use Elementor, please consult our guide on Elementor setup in case you haven’t seen it yet.

Furthermore, if any problems persist even after you check/fix the first 2, you could try temporarily disabling the rest of the filtering plugins, to make sure that they don’t go into conflict with one another.

    1. I checked, and my page is already static.
    2. I disabled all the filter plugins and nothing changed
    3. In the link you attached I didn’t quite understand how to follow the steps because the first step was to “use the Archive Products widget to display product lists”, but I can’t edit the page where my filtered products are shown so I can’t complete this step

    Hello again Jetmirdemiri,

Unfortunately I can only give you hints based on the page markup that I see from the link that you’ve shared, and at the moment it still indicates that your shop page is not set as static home page. The Woocommerce and filters definitely do not see it as such 🙁

If you add /shop/ to the link that you shared before, you will see your current properly registered shop page.

So please do go to Settings > Reading once again, and make sure that you have Your homepage displays set to A static page (select below), and the Homepage set to Shop.

As for the Woocommerce shop page setup in Elementor, we briefly touch on the way to add display conditions in the last paragraph of our Elementor compatibility guide, but if you find this information insufficient, it’s probably better to turn to the Elementor’s own support to make sure that your shop page is properly registered!

Okay I made the shop page as static page, but it still doesn’t work!

This platform doesn’t allow me to send screenshot because I want to prove that I have set /shop/ to static homepage.

However, I am confused because when I search https://marketplace.crypto-academy.org/shop/
it works perfectly so I dont know what to do

    Dear Jetmirdemiri,

Unfortunately the problem is completely outside of the scope of filtering plugin support session, and I am not in a position to offer you customized service related to your site setup! To make sure that it’s not the theme, I have just applied Ocean WP to a home page shop, and can confirm that the filters work as expected in this combination of settings. If you are sure that your shop page is properly declared as homepage, it could be anything: some other setting / 3d party plugin interfering..

Why don’t you try following the standard debug procedure by temporarily deactivating all the 3d party plugins, one by one, starting with Elementor? Obviously, for testing purposes our filters and the Woocommerce itself should remain active. Test your frontpage shop after each deactivation. If things start working after you deactivate the Elementor, at least you will know that it’s their settings. You could then turn to their support for them to assist you with properly declaring your front page shop.
