My favourite form builder

I’ve used various forms apps over my 15 years with WordPress. I can confidently say that if you need anything more complex than the basic three-field designs, as I do, Everest Forms is absolutely outstanding and my favourite. I need to capture a bunch of info in my enquiry form, and Everest Forms allows me to do that easily. The styling and anti-SPAM aspects are excellent, and when I needed help today, support responded within minutes, and my problem was solved in just a few more. Highly recommended.
