My favicon in chrome doesn't show, how can i fix?

Hi,
Ive had this problem for weeks and weeks now, hoping it might have been a chrome issue and that it may have be updated. It hasn’t been fixed, and my favicon still doesnt show.

Please can someone help me get the little favicon back up and running? 🙂
