Support » Plugin: All in One SEO » My Experience with AIOSEO

  • YourCaptchaSystemSucks

    • Installed, no issues.
    • Activated plugin, success and was shown the AIOSEO post-install screen
    • Clicked on the “Go to your settings” link at the bottom of the message.
    • Received a white page that said I was not allowed to see that page.
    • Alt+Left arrow, deactivated plugin
    • Clicked on the support link in the info for the plugin, went to an AIOSEO Pro-only support forum.
    • Closed tab, uninstalled AIOSEO.
    • Installed Yoast SEO. All works perfectly.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. While our paid support forums are indeed Pro-only, we’re happy to help out with any bugs encountered by any user.

100% of threads on the .org support forums are resolved:

107 of 107 support threads in the last two months have been marked resolved.

No lasting issues, so no problem.

I would suggest that you consider editing the post-install page to add a link to your free support thread here, plus the link for the pro version. Just FYI, I normally buy the upgrade versions of plugins for fast support, but I never even had the chance to test AIOSEO out. I ended up finding this thread through the info link after I had uninstalled the plugin.

You did get back to me quickly, so I will bump up the review one star. (Edit: couldn’t seem to edit my rating, so for anyone reading this I would bump it to a three-star review.)

Again, I’m sorry you had a bad experience. We pride ourselves on excellent support, and we welcome bug reports (issue opened immediately at, and I would have loved for you to have given us a chance to find a resolution to your issue.

However, I understand preferring to go with a different plugin. I wish you the best with it.

Instructions to edit a rating via Otto: “You just go to the review page, and your review will be at the bottom. You edit it as desired, and submit.”
