I have tried about a dozen different solutions and several plugins, like User Role Editor, Members, etc.
I go in and edit the Editors capabilities, I add permissions to the role of editor, etc.
No matter what I do, the Editors cannot edit or promote users. They can only delete or create.
Is this a glitch in the system or am I missing something here?
Thanks, I really appreciate the help. We have teachers using this system for journalism and they are trying to promote users, coaches, etc but they don't have that option when they go to the all users page.
