My dashboard won't come up

I can log in to my site but my dashboard doesn’t come up. It just goes to the site and when I try the drop down for dashboard etc…it won’t go there. I notice my twitter widgets aren’t working properly and I”m trying to fix them but I can’t even get to the dashboard. Can anyone help?
