My dashboard is now looking like a sitemap. How do I fix it?

I was installing Google Analytics this morning and I copied the file to the root of my site as per the instructions.

Then I was reviewing information on sitemaps from Google Analytics. I didn’t think I had invoked it, but when I logged onto my WordPress admin screen, it is now in a format that looks like a sitemap. All the information for the dashboard is there but not easy to use.

I reviewed the files in my wordpress installation to see what files have today’s date and I only see a couple that have changed. One is the google signature file, and the other two are the sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz.

I have removed all of these files but I still see the same mess instead of my dashboard. Has anyone seen this before? I’m open for some suggestions.
