    Hi,

    My online course is no longer working. I can access the first page, but when I click “curriculum” nothing happens and I cannot start launch the course.

    Please help me.

    Hi,

    Please try to disable each plugin on your website and switch to the 2021 theme to check. You can enable debug mode of WordPress to check more, you can read the guide here: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    Hi,

    I’ve tried that, but it’s still not working. I can see all the lessons and the course in the “admin mode” but when I try to access it as a customer the pages show but the text is like grey lines that don’t appear.

    I’ve enabled only LearnPress Plugin, but I’m not sure how to switch to the 2021 theme? Sorry for my incompetence.

    Please go to Appearance -> Theme and activate 2021 theme.
    Note: You should create backup for your website before change.

    Thank you. Now, I’ve disable every plugin except for LP and I’ve activated 2021 theme.

    Hi again,

    Could you please let me know if you can help me now that I’ve changed the theme and disabled the plugins? My website is not working at all right now, so I really need to clear out why the course isn’t working.
