Do you get any response message after you submit the form?

yes i got the response message when i am trying to submit it by myself as testing, but the email did not received to the email address what i set on the configuration
What message did you get?
i got the red message There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later. with red border, but hours ago i got the successfully send text with green border, i have no idea what things has changed, but the result is same even with success message, no email has been sent to the admin “from”

i have realize, when i am not installing the plugin “WP Mail SMTP”, the form is becoming error, my form showing text with red border, but when i am uninstalling that plugin, the text will be normal and having green border, but still no email has been like supposed to be
Hi I have the same problem with all my website that are upgraded to wp 6.7
So, my setup is a bit different: i’m using the wp_smtp integrated in wordpress. wordpress sending service is working good but CF7 is not working anymore, in all my website.
The sending works only if i’m logged in as an admin to the backend, if the user is logged the cf7 sending works. this issue is started since the wp 6.7 update, and i have about 60 website with the same issue.
I have also tried to change my php version to a lower one (i’m using 8.3 for default) but with no clue.
is your website is can running contact form mail service very well even without another plugin like wp smtp? i am confused on this issue because when i deactivate the wp smtp plugin, i didnt receiving the error with red border and the success message will appear in green border (even the email is never coming), but if im using that plugin, all my form is receiving the red border error
Yes i can send mail without any plugin, i’m only using the wp_smtp php function and it works well outside cf7, the problem is only in cf7 and only with my website updated to wp 6.7. is your installation updated?
currently i am using wordpress 6.6.2, is that can affect this contact form to stop working and sending the email?
i think that we don’t have the same problem, i’m going to do a downgrade of this 4gb website to test the cf7 send with a lower version
