Everything worked correctly and probably due to some update the conditionals no longer work, neither on Android nor on PC, but on iPhone they do work 🙁

Viewing the form, the conditionals are in Community and in Number of Students.

The tests in form tester work Ok.

Problem solved, I disabled W3 Total Cache and everything works correctly again.
