Have you made any changes to anything in the wp install? Have you changed themes? Have you checked with your host to see if they “upgraded” something? Have you cleared your cache and hard refreshed (CTRL-F5)? Are these passworded comments? I changed themes but I’m using my own customized one. I don’t think I’ve changed anything in the wp install. I don’t think my host upgraded anything.
