Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Twelve theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of your current version of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
– checking your database to see if the data is still intact?
the second to the last step is to do a system backup right?
Not sure what you mean by a system backup but what I meant was that you upload a completely fresh copy of all WordPress core files just in case one or more files has been corrupted.
ok! let me try it and get back to you sir
i have done all steps but it didn’t work. Please any other suggestion?
Do you have a recent database backup? Do your hosts?
