    My thoughts is to remove the left sidebar and focus on the white big area. I feel that the left sidebar is almost ignorable, so you might as well remove it.

    Also the logo need to pop out more, as it is very pale.

    You have way to much real estate that you’re not utilizing, both the left and right sidebars could use more content… social widgets, most popular posts, etc.
