my blog appended to all links?!

I’m on the newest version of my theme (zbench-1.14) and all of my links are broken. Even the “read more” links.

I have no idea how this is happening. I’ve tried changing permalinks but even that is a bit glitchy. Trying to switch back to “default” I get a constant warning that without the Customizable Permalinks plugin activated I’ll have trouble, but I do have it activated. I’ve tried deactivating it and get the same error either way.

Ideas?
