    Hi @lauromatheus,

Thanks for reaching out. So we can determine more on this and ensure we provide you with sufficient information in order to resolve this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Has this just started to appear recently, with Site Kit working as expected previously?
    3. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window do you see any browser console errors on the same screen where this notice appears? If so please share any such errors.

We also have encountered reports of this error previously, with more details added to this GitHub issue. The information you share above may help determine whether the error you’re facing is based on a third party plugin conflict, or a hosting related configuration.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Looking forward to you response.

No problem with the delay, hopefully all is well with you at present.

Thanks also for sharing the additional insights. I’ve added your details to the related GitHub issue.

In order to ensure Site Kit works as expected for you, can you try to disconnect your Google account from Site Kit? After doing so, please connect once more when asked to do so.

If the same occurs please share any invalid XHR response from the Site Kit dashboard, where you see this error.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@lauromatheus Thanks for the information. Would you please be able to save your console output and share via a sharable link such as from Google Drive?

To save your console output you can follow these steps:

    1. Open developer tools (right click and inspect)
    2. Click on the console tab
    3. Right-click on the console output and choose “Save as

We can then investigate this further to see where exactly this may be happening.

Hi @lauromatheus apologies for the delay in this one while we investigated and discussed with the team. Can I first check if you are still experiencing this issue? If yes it looks like that this could be part of a larger problem with the site as a whole.

There seems to be several different errors in this case which you can find out more on here.

Could I please ask who you current hosting provider is?

    Thread Starter lauromatheus

    (@lauromatheus)

My hosting provider is profreehost.com, and the issue still persists

    Plugin Support Adam Dunnage

    (@adamdunnage)

@lauromatheus Sorry to hear that the issue still persists for you and thank for sharing your hosting provider. When testing using the same hosting provider I did spot a pre-warning error before setting up the plugin but was able to without encountering the same issue.

Could I ask you to try resetting your Site Kit and setting up once more. Let me know if after doing this you encounter the same error message.

If you do encounter the same could I also ask you to try setting up Site Kit on a disposable WordPress site here to see if you get the same.

If you have any questions on the above let me know.

Hi @lauromatheus just wanted to check in here to see if you were able to resolve this issue by following any of the suggestions above?

    Thread Starter lauromatheus

    (@lauromatheus)

Yeah, I tried to reset the site kit but it don’t worked

I’ve tried the second one, and worked at all, later I’ll try reset the site kit again to see if works now

    (@adamdunnage)

@lauromatheus I will await the update from you, thanks.

    (@lauromatheus)

well, i tried again from my cellphone because i thought it might be something from the browser or because of the site url, so i removed https from my site because i needed to renew ssl, and uninstalled the plugin to reinstall again, and it worked, my site kit is working on the cell phone and on the computer too.

i don’t know if the error is from https or anything like, but yeah, at this point my problem is solved.
