My Admin Page does not appear

    I don’t know which version I am using.
    I was working on adding a post. something happened and a message came up, Saving……. the page froze.

    I closed out wordpress. I can’t get the admin page to come up.

    I also had the website set as my homepage on Safari, the homepage won’t come up either.

    Are you able to login to your Wp-admin?

    example.com/wp-admin

    If not, I would try renaming the plugins folder via SFTP / FTP:

    wp-content/plugins –> wp-content/plugins1

    This will deactivate all plugins and may allow you to reach your WP-admin page. Be sure to change the name of the plugins folder back after testing.
