yes, I believe the “Subscribe to comment options” is a problem. I have NO idea how to customize it.
Use [manager_link] to insert the URI to the Subscription Manager.
What is “manager_link”?
what I want on my blog is a sign up box where people can get notification, even without leaving a comment.

hihaochi, I got the little check box ” subsrcibe to comment”. I followed the develloppers instructions to test it, but it did not work.( I posted twice with diffrent emails and did not receive the comment update) please look my last post.

But I also realized that I actually wanted another kind of subscription box. Like a bigger box, where people can subscribe to comments without the need to comment? they just put in their e-mail address.
