So here I use skeleton theme http://themes.simplethemes.com/skeleton/
It said it support bbpress and jogloshop. And then I tried to use this plugin.
I haven't try it on online server, I tried it on xampp on my ubuntu.

The achievement page is working good. It list all of the achievement and everyone who have unlocked it. But, the link for per user achievement is not working and give me "page not found" page (both from the announcement link or from the wordpress bar).
The acviement I build was some "awards" type of achievement and I gave it manually from the admin page.

    thanks for the help.

    Hmm :)

If you go to wp-admin, Settings > Permalinks, (don't change anything), and then try to go to the member achievement page -- is it still broken?

I've tried it before change the permalinks. And it didn't work.
Then I tried to change the permalink. And still it didn't work.
I'll try to change it back later.

Interesting. What other plugins (and which theme) are you using?

It might be the issue mentioned in this post - if you have a page called "Achievements" - remove it, or call it something else.

    It fixed my website.
