My Account page missing borders around form fields | WordPress.org

I am not sure when this started happening. The borders around the data fields are all missing. This page is built with just a short code so there are no options to edit this page at all. How can I fix this? I am running the latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce. All other plugins/theme are updated to the latest versions as well.

To add or override CSS: use the “Additional CSS” option in the customizer. https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/css/#Custom_CSS_in_WordPress or at [site]/wp-admin/customize.php if you don’t have that menu option.

Use the Chrome Developer Tools or Firefox Developer Tools to help you see and test changes to your CSS.

I added
input {
border-color: black !important;
}
in the additional CSS tab at at [site]/wp-admin/customize.php and it fixed the issue but also added the solid border everywhere on the site. How can I make this affect only the one page?

Try using .page-id-99 input instead in the above.

I replaced code with below code and borders disappeared.
