Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » My account page does not display orders

  • Resolved dj78

Hello. I need your support with a problem I found after upgrading the Woocommerce plugin to version 5.1.0.

I have a problem with the “My Orders” page, which has not occurred before. The customer placed several orders on my recent sales platform, and I see them in the Admin Panel. But he did not receive any e-mail notification and he does not see the orders in his Dashboard on the store’s website.

Before launching the site I made several test purchases and have received confirmations and can see all my orders in my Dashboard. Why it works different for various customers? Can you please check it and correct it in the next plugin update or send me information on how to fix the fault?

    Best regards,

  • Ensure the My-Account pages are excluded from caching, see:

If the problem is still there, the debug method is to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to say the Storefront theme and check for the problem. If the problem is not there, reactivate theme and plugins one-by-one and check to try to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    This plugin:
may be helpful during debugging. You can swiftly become another user so you can see what they can see,

    Hi lorro,

Thanks for a prompt reply! I followed your suggestions. There was no cache plugin on the website, all cache and memory parameters are adjusted directly in the server settings.

I also deactivated all plugins except of Woocommerce and subsequently updated my BeTheme, installed default Twenty Twenty-One theme, and checked for the problem at every stage of these modifications. Today I even updated the Woocommerce plugin to v. 5.2.0.

Problem is still not solved :/ Do you have any more ideas of how to do it?

If it doesn’t work with just 2021 and WooCommerce then you may need some hands-on help:

If you can leave it a day or so, one of the plugin support team may be able to join in.
