    Thanks for reaching out!

    Just to clarify, does the order appear in the backend under WooCommerce > Orders? Are you seeing any errors in your error log at WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    Finally, can you please share a copy of your System Status report as found under WooCommerce > Status > System status? Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.


    @willowbloomprintables I did a test order on your site. The problem looks related to your permalink settings. You may need to review or even just save the permalink settings as they are.

    If you look closely at the menu links on the my account page, you will see that the links are not going to /my-account but instead /shop. I am able to view my order here:

    You can review the permalink settings under Settings > Permalinks

    I would recommend just saving them first without making any changes as I’ve worked on numerous sites where the .htaccess file simply wasn’t using the settings defined there and saving without any changes would then edit the .htaccess file correctly.

    I figured out the answer for myself. For anyone coming after me looking for an answer, I went to my Dashboard > WooCommerce on the right side > Advanced > My Account Page > typed “My Account” in the drop down and hit Save changes.

    Good to hear. That was going to be my second suggestion. Usually those pages and settings are created by default during WooCommerce setup but it’s possible to skip them.
