    Hi,

    i have a problem in “My Account/Gift-Cards” Page.
    This will display the message that there is no coupon code. Unfortunately, however, I am missing the button that allows you to add a coupon code to your account.

    Is this a bug from the plugin or theme relevant?

    Hi Dominic,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    In that section, only the gift cards that have reached your account email will be shown. Maybe you are confused? You can send yourself a gift card from YITH > Gift Cards > Dashboard > Create code (remember that for it to reach your email, it must be virtual).

    If this is not what you were asking, could you please explain in more detail?

    Hi Juan,

    I meant the “Add New” button in MyAccount/GiftCards section.
    In your demo there is this button, on my website there is not…

    Unfortunately, this functionality is not found in the free version of the plugin. Maybe you have looked at the demo of the premium version?
