Thanks for letting me know.
Current Statcomm version has a limitation. It only installs on existent network sites. But if you create a new network site, the plugin won’t detect it, and it won’t work in the new site.
If this is your case, I would recommend to reinstall the plugin to fix the problem. Please let me know if we are dealing with a different situation.

and please add a dashboard for the network admin to know the total visits per a network
i have multi networks mu worpdress
and for me it will be a saver 🙂
