    This is probably the best helpdesk software we have come across during last years. We were using Zendesk longer time, but we were not so satisfied like with LiveAgent. It is simple to use, nice-design software, which increases satisfaction and your profit will grow. We had a possibility to test the system for two weeks for free, which persuaded us to choose LiveAgent over other brands. It is very-friendly software for clinets but also my agents, who reply to customers’ requests. There are many features that LiveAgent offers, but other brands are missing. Customer support is performed by phone calls with agents, email communication, live chat and social networks. Everything is customizable. You can add custom fields and rules in no time. Very pleased using LiveAgent.
