    I’ve noticed a consistent bug across dozens of WordPress sites running Gutenberg. Sometimes in order to get the drag option on a block you must duplicate the block. See gif here: https://imgur.com/a/QIHlsGr

    Pretty annoying bug and it’s been persistent across different WordPress installs running different themes and plugins.
