Music Charts plugin/widget

I would love to help someone develop a music chart plugin for WordPress. I currently publish a weekly singles chart that supports my online radio station and it would be cool if the plugin could show the current chart position, last week’s position, etc. Also, could be linked to iTunes for affiliate. If it could also display on a page/post and widget.
