Multistep no longer working on 1.4.0

    Hello,

    Multistep
    Today I updated to 1.4.0, but after that the multistep form was no longer working. The button was still showing, but no longer functional (not going to the next step). Even selecting another option from the drop down didn’t work.

    Progress Bar
    Also: the progress bar was showing on separate lines (first line 1, second line 2, third line 3). This issue is also resolved by rolling back (thankful for my backup plugin!).

    After a rollback to 1.3.3 the form is now working again. Is this a known issue and going to be fixed soon?!

    One extra question
    How do I change the name of the last page of the form? In the Progress Bar, it now displays as “Last Page”.
