Hi, I am making a form with WP forms Multistep. I am using the multiple items option with images. My problem is that when the user completes the first step using a mobile device he has to scroll down to the next button to go to the second step. Is there any way that when a user completes the 1st step? Then automatically scroll top on the next page?
I already used the scroll animation feature but this is not working.
    Please need some suggestions

  • Hi @andpercent604,

    We’d be happy to help!

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you submit a support ticket though the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!

    Hi @andpercent604,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
