Multispeak's Live video, audio and chat customer support through the browser.

The idea is that including this plugin would enable you to not only connect with your customers through live chat, but you could, though the same interface, start a browser-based audio call with the customer and IF the customer is a high-priority customer, or you are really looking to connect and provide exceptional support for this customer, you could start a live VIDEO chat right there and then. The app is aimed at any site that wants to give their customers this kind of facility to connect with them.
