Multisite woes

This plugin used to work wonders for me. But, now that I do all work locally and push to live, I’ve been experiencing troubles, esp with minify and database caching. I have completely run out of patience for the constant checking and changes involved with using this. Without multisite, I’m sure it works great. But, until a fix is provided, I simply won’t use this anymore.
