 * Hi,
 * Im relatively new to wordpress so apologies if I’m confusing how this works but
   im looking to setup a network of sites on external domains.
 * But ideally i’d like to manage them through one main site…both products and orders
   as the products are all related and orders needs to be logged together.
 * So i would like
    [http://www.subsite.com](http://www.subsite.com) to show the
   subsite at [http://www.mainsite.com/subsite](http://www.mainsite.com/subsite)
 * However when i’ve set it all up it seems to work in reverse….when i visit [http://www.mainsite.com/subsite](http://www.mainsite.com/subsite)
   it redirects me to [http://www.subsite.com](http://www.subsite.com) which shows
   as the completely sepperate installation.
 * Is what im after even possible or have i just set it up wrong….im assuming to
   get this to work would require some sort of DNS change at the subsite’s main
   domain so it points to the subsite installation in some way.
 * Some of the guides mention cPanel which i havent got access to.
 * Thanks in advance

 * If you want to manage orders and products from multiple sites through one admin
   page then WooCommerce can’t do that – been looking for a solution to do this
   myself – you have to access each site dashboard to see it’s own products and
   orders unfortunately. Although this isn’t a major issue if you’re logged in as
   the network admin, just go to the My Sites menu top left and select the site/
   dashboard you need.
 * I assume you’ve set the site up as a Multisite network? And you can add new sites
   to it – My Sites->Network Admin->Sites.
 * Do you have a domain management plugin installed? I use [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/)–
   this lets you point your domain at a specific subsite.
 * Is subsite.com pointing to the same host as mainsitecom?
    How are you setting
   up the domains in the hosting account if not with cpanel? If subsite.com is pointing
   to a different folder on the server than mainsite.com then you will get a different
   install showing – they both need to point to the same location.
