# Multisite toolbar display issue

 * I have a multisite subdomain install. I just noticed that the seo icon wasnt 
   appearing on the left menu sidebar in WordPress. I have tried network deactivating/
   reactivating, purging apc and nginx cache, rebooting webserver and removing and
   reinstalling wordpress seo. I can see the plugin in network admin plugins page
   and can activate it. It does not appear in any of the sites sidebars. I can however
   slap /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_titles#top#general to the end of my site/
   s url and see all the seo options which tells me its all working. I am guessing
   this happened after the last update. Any insight as to where the toolbar icon
   has gone very welcome

 * update. wordpress seo seems to be broken on my multisite top or main domain. 
   something changed I just need to know what.
