    I am creating a single home log in page for 136 users to then log in and 
   upload photos, docs and videos etc – is a multisite theme a good idea? thanks

   i have all the pages etc laid out… what I would like is create a separate domain
   within my site for each student… so that each student can log into and upload
   their portfolio of photos e-books etc…does that make sense?
