  2. The form to create a site already exists: domain.com/wp-signup.php

The themes is just install the themes and network activate them. Then the users can pick which one they want.

    Thanks for reply Ipstenu,

I have custom form for creating site. I want this functionality on public side not admin side.

In wordpress.com after creating site there is a page with all themes list, from there user can pick one. I want exact same procedure.

Like, there are thumbnails for all themes and user can pick one for their site and go forward to next step.
I hope you understand what i want. So for that if any wordpress function for theme setup, please help me.

    Once again thanks for reply...

  4. Go look at domain.com/wp-signup.php eh?

It's not an 'admin side' page, it honestly looks like your main site :)

If you want to make your own, look at the source code for that page. You'll have to reproduce it as a page template.
