Multisite support ?

Hi,

Is Simple Membership support multisite installation (with subsites or subdomains method, instead of subfolders) ?

My site is multilingual, a subite for each language. So I’d like to manage all subscriptions from the main site and let the subscriber choose which language he prefers?
