    Will this plugin work with the WP multisite instalation?

    Yep. It will work without any additional configuration.

    Thanks for the answer.
    Do you know if it has any impact of social media tags? For example when an article is created and set to private websites like Facebook redirect the link to main page as it doesnt have access to it.
    But once it’s set public, due to caching it might not update and keep redirecting to homepage

    It won’t, no. WP Redis is a persistent object cache plugin, not a plugin for caching full pages. To explain the difference, here’s a page about object caching and here’s a page about page caching.
