# Multisite subdirectory not created

 * Hi,
 * The sub-directories are not being created when a new site is being created.
 * The same problem occurs on both local WAMP server and on FreeBSD server. What
   do I need to do to fix this issue?

 * There’s nothing wrong. The subdirectories are virtual. Just like you don’t have
   a file called /about/ there’s no subfolder made.

 * When I create my sites in sites/addnew it seems like the site was creaetd
    but
   when i come to the dashboard y receive a 403 message
 * Forbidden
 * You don’t have permission to access /en/ on this server.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.

    The requested URL /wordpress/test/wp-admin/ was not found on this 
   server.

 * cms-wp – There shouldn’t be an /en/ folder. Delete that.
 * falen – Does the 404 look like a WordPress styled error or a generic server one?
   I’m assuming that `test` is the name of your site, so make sure there’s no folder
   with that name in the `wordpress` folder.
 * Also what’s in your .htaccess?
