 * Hello
 * When creating a new subdirectory, the dashboard of this subdirectory isn’t loading
   entirely. Impossible f.i. to edit the appearance/theme/editor section.
 * Also, when visiting the site through the dashboard, the dashboard bar isn’t showing
   as a bar but as a blank page with the links as a long list, then showing the
   content of the blog when scrolling to the bottom.
 * I have reinstalled wordpress multiple times, restarting the whole process of
   adapting wpconfig and htaccess files, etc.

 * After encountering the issues you describe, check both your browser console and
   your server’s error log for any error messages that will be clues towards solving
   the problem. While checking the console for errors, also go over to the network
   developer tool tab and see if any resources returned a status other than 200.
   You might need to reload the page to see the list of network resource requests.
 * If no clues are forthcoming from the above investigation, the cause could be
   a faulty theme or plugin. Switch to a default Twenty* theme and deactivate all
   plugins. The dashboard bar (more correctly “Admin Bar” FWIW) should now appear
   normal. Restore your normal theme and plugins, one at a time, until the problem
   returns. The last activated module would be the cause.
