Multisite subdirectories SSL not working

SSL is working on our main site and in the main and network wp-admin areas but I can not get it to work in my new store which is a subdirectory site. I thought using subdirectories would be easier as keeping the SSL name http://www.oursite.com/store would just work but that does not seem to be the case.

I have tried to change the site and home URL of our store to https but that did not help.
