Multisite relation to existing content

Hi there,

I’ve created multisite. I have finished my website and translated on 7 languages.

What is my task:

I need to create subdirectories for 30 conuntry, for each country I need to set which content will be displayed from set 7 languages.

If someone choose Germany, my site will be:
http://www.mywebsitename.com/de/…
with germany content.

Also for Austrian will be http://www.mywebsitename.com/at/…
with germany content

But if someone choose Malaysia, my site will be:
http://www.mywebsitename.com/my/…
and content will be english.

But it’s all ok, what is my exactly problem

When I create new sub directory, I got fresh wordpress with starting theme (twenty seventeen).

Question: How to implement that if user select German sub directory (www.mywebsitename.com/de/) to display content with germany language (Because I have already all content on 7 languages).

And if user choose Malaysia to be english content?

Please can you help me with this.

Is it possible without duplicating content just only to connect and make some relation with existing content, because I’ve woocommerce little catalog mode, with 3500 products and for 30 countries my site will get down with a lot of products(3500*30=105 000 products)
