Multisite Questions

We are considering using Sportspress in a multisite setup to accommodate multiple sports for a school. To what degree is content accessible across the network? I.e. Is it possible to have a home page (primary site) that displays the next upcoming game from all of the network sites? Or, a player profile from one of the network sites and display it on the home page. Exactly, what content can be pulled from network sites and displayed on a home page. And can it be pulled dynamically as in my example above?
