Multisite Questions

Hello all,

I have a couple questions about multisite and how to achieve a few things.

I’d like to know how to link content from my primary site with the sites in my sub-directory. Is it possible to have the latest posts from the subdirectory to show up on the primary site, in addition to the recent posts made on the primary site and/or vice versa (have the primary sites post appear on the sub-directly sites).

Next, is there a way to have user login universally to Multisite? I’d like users to be able to sign-up once and then be able to move across the multisites I have installed seamlessly. I didn’t know if this was possibly and if it was, how or what needs to done to do this.
