 * I am on the cusp of moving a handful of sites to Multisite….i nervous! Yet, i
   just watched [Boone’s MS talk](http://wordpress.tv/2010/05/31/boone-gorges-wordpress-3-multisite/)…
   Cool!
 * Q’s:
 * 1. Is there a best source, in the eyes of the gurus, describing how to bring 
   an existing site with data into a multisite install?
 * 2. Is there a great source on the user interface/dashboard settings (and what
   they do) for multisite? i.e. i have no idea what “Primary Site” drop down list
   does (seen in _Dashboard=>My Sites)._

 * 1. Most of us just export and import the data. If you have to bring in a lot 
   of users, though, it’s different.

 * But Dashboard => My Sites is really just a list of your sites. Primary Site is
   there for if you make a network of networks and all, I suspect.

 * Still ISO (in search of) those best/great sources.
 * Its a bummer because [pages like this](http://codex.wordpress.org/Network_Admin_Sites_Screen)
   arent up to date and therefore not clear….no longer does the Super Admin exist
   since 3.1.
 * I do get what your saying about making a network of networks but…i like to see
   it in print…no guessing and no “i suspects.” anyway…

 * The codex is a community work in progress 🙂 If you have an answer, update.
 * Honestly, there’s not a whole lot of documentation because if you’ve used WordPress
   at all, the Network Dash is a very logical extension of the rest.
 * Even though the Site Admin is gone, the basic layout is still the same.

 * Primary Site just means what the ‘main’ site of your network is.
