• Hi,

Love this plugin and really want to make it work. I’m using multisite 4.0, activated by site. Using all default values in settings. Photo is successfully uploaded. But Thumbnails are not being created, even if alternate thumbnail size is used.

I receive this error if resize is activated:
[WPPA+ dbg msg: Error imagecopyresampled/sized failed in wppa-class-resize]

I receive no error if resize is not activated.

    Thanks!

Does this happen on all uploads or on some?

Can you supply a link to the site and tick the box in Table Table IX-A3: Allow WPPA+ Debugging?

If not, what version php has your server, and what is the amount of memory available ( php ini setting: memory_limit, See Table XII in section ‘Core’ ).

    Hi,
Happens on all uploads. I’ve ticked the box and the site is http://strattonfamily.org (mapped to http://strattonfamily.theweebiz.com).

Thank you for offering to help!

Sorry. Here’s a link that contains the shortcode and some test photos.

    1. There is a layout problem. Please verify that in the Photo Albums -> Settings page:
Table I-A1 is set to auto
Table I-B7 ( Mini treshold ) is any number ( not blank, enter 0 if you do not want this )

    2. Verify that the folder …/wp-content/uploads/sites/56/wppa/thumbs/ exists. If not, maybe the filesystem rights on …/wppa/ are not enough to create subfolders.
In any case, make sure ( create manually if needed ) that …/wppa/thumbs/ exists and is writable ( 755 ).
If done, run the maintenance proc in Table VIII-A4: Regenerate thumbnails
